We are looking for motivated, skilled flight instructors to train the next generation of pilots. Our structured FAA Part 141 program ensures steady student flow and consistent flying hours.

Qualifications:

  • FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI, CFII, MEI)
  • Strong communication and mentorship skills
  • Ability to instruct students in Part 141 and Part 61 programs
  • Commitment to professionalism and student success
  • All 3 Instructor ratings preferred (CFI, CFII, MEI)

We are also looking for passionate professionals to support our operations, student services, and flight scheduling.

Available Positions:

  • Flight Operations Coordinator – Manage training schedules and student progress.
  • Student Admissions & Career Advisor – Guide prospective students through enrollment and career placement.
  • Aircraft Maintenance Technician – Support our fleet to ensure safety and efficiency.
